I actually inspect

I don't just show up with a flashlight and look around.  I systematically examine, evaluate and test, as much as possible, everything visible from the roof to the sidewalks and everything in between.

Join the inspection

There is no substitute for a complete inspection.  The report is just one part of it.  I invite the potential buyers or sellers to come along on the inspection experience. I will go through the home with you explaining everything in detail, answering all your questions, and making sure you understand each item

The report

The best inspection in world is only as good as it is effectively communicated to the client.  My reports are detailed while being able to easily understand what was observed during the inspection.  Photographs with details are an important part of the report.
